This Privacy Policy explains how the Dla Dobra Dzieci Foundation processes personal data and uses cookies on its website.

2. What data may we process?
Depending on the contact or matter, we may process your name, email address, telephone number, subject and content of the message, and information you voluntarily provide in correspondence.
Please do not include sensitive personal data in the form or message unless it is necessary to explain your matter.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to handle messages, respond to enquiries, continue correspondence and take steps at the request of a person before a possible agreement is concluded. The legal basis may be Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to take steps at the person’s request, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where processing is necessary for the Foundation’s legitimate interests, including handling correspondence and preventing abuse.
Where processing in a particular matter is based on consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Contact form
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle and respond to a message. The form asks you to confirm that you agree to a reply and that your data will be processed only as necessary to handle and respond to your message. This confirmation does not extend the purpose of processing beyond the particular matter.
5. Retention period
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter and provide a response, and then for the period necessary to establish, pursue or defend against potential claims. Where the law requires a longer retention period, we follow that period.
6. Recipients
Data may be accessible to authorised persons acting for the Foundation and providers supporting the website, email or security, only to the extent necessary for those tasks. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, receive a portable copy and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
For data-related matters, contact us at fundacja@dladobradzieci.org. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Cookies and language preferences
The website may use cookies necessary for its operation, session handling, language preferences and form security. A language preference may be stored so that the website does not change language on every visit.
If additional analytics, marketing tools or embedded content requiring consent are introduced in the future, their operation and consent mechanism will be described accordingly.
9. Security
The Foundation applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Policy may be updated if the law, the website or the scope of processing changes. The current version is published on this page.
